毕业就当老板，听起来很酷的事情，真正做起来又会是怎样的呢？6月毕业季，又有一批“00后”应届毕业生选择在长沙创业。

Becoming a boss after graduation sounds cool, but what's it really like? As the graduation season in June arrives, another batch of post-00s fresh graduates is choosing to start businesses in Changsha.

湖南工商大学毕业生黄欣龙注册了长沙留声文化科技有限公司，其团队曾组建“留声机VocalTeam”乐队，现投身高校艺术类IP孵化与音乐生态运营，依托“短视频+直播+线下演出”模式，累计孵化近300名主播，还与多家头部传媒企业达成合作，目标是成为有行业影响力的“大型MCN”。

Huang Xinlong, a graduate from Hunan University of Technology and Business, registered Changsha Liusheng Cultural Technology Co., Ltd. His team, which once formed the "Gramophone Vocal Team" band, now focuses on incubating university art IPs and operating music ecosystems. Relying on the model of "short videos + live streaming + offline performances," they have incubated nearly 300 streamers and partnered with multiple leading media enterprises. Their goal is to become an influential "large-scale MCN" in the industry.

来自内蒙古的訾宇涵成立长沙市出圈科技有限公司，专注影像设备租赁与数字化服务，为内容创作者提供设备解决方案，其“出圈相机”小店设备超200 台，月单量近600，该项目获湖南省大学生创业投资基金投资，团队计划在长沙布局10家门店并搭建管理小程序。

Zi Yuhan from Inner Mongolia founded Changsha Chuquan Technology Co., Ltd., specializing in imaging equipment leasing and digital services to provide equipment solutions for content creators. The "Chuquan Camera" store has over 200 devices and receives nearly 600 orders per month. The project has obtained investment from the Hunan University Student Venture Capital Fund, and the team plans to launch 10 stores in Changsha and build a management mini-program.

聚焦大学生创业政策、基金、孵化等关键要素，长沙出台了一系列扶持政策，积极构建“背着双肩包就能来创业”的优质生态。最新统计显示，长沙已建成各级创业孵化基地125家，各基地在孵实体数达4545个、吸纳就业1.93万人。2025年至今，已累计为在孵实体提供各类创业服务1.28万次。

Focusing on key elements like university student entrepreneurship policies, funds, and incubation, Changsha has introduced a series of support policies to actively build a high-quality ecosystem where "anyone with a backpack can come to start a business." The latest statistics show that Changsha has built 125 entrepreneurship incubation bases at all levels, with 4,545 entities under incubation, creating 19,300 jobs. Since 2025, it has provided 12,800 times of various entrepreneurship services for incubated entities.
